AI here means tools that draft, search, summarise and suggest — chat assistants, coding helpers, and small agents that call other tools. It does not mean a person, and it does not mean a company that will hire you because you typed a prompt.

This track is for people who already write emails, quotes, lesson notes, or small web pages, and want the machine to take the first pass — not the last word.

What you will leave with

• A way to brief an assistant the way you would brief a junior colleague.
• A habit of checking numbers, names, and legal claims.
• A clear line between “help me think” and “do not touch this”.

Devices

A phone browser is enough for the first lessons. If you later use a coding assistant, a laptop is kinder. You do not need the newest model.
