Partner access & collaboration

Apply. Agree. Then only the tracks you were approved for.

This is the Academy surface for partnership access — not a full identity provider. People and organisations apply, CashPlanet reviews, an agreement is signed, and access is scoped to named tracks: Census Lab, Herbarium, Proteme, Virtual Lab, Africa TTS/STT, and cultural-historical Africa. Code and platform rooms follow that list.

  1. 01 · Apply

A person or organisation names themselves, their country, and the tracks they are asking for.

  2. 02 · Review

CashPlanet partnership operations read the application. Nothing is auto-approved.

  3. 03 · Agreement

If the work is real, both sides go through an agreement. This Academy page only shows a draft outline.

  4. 04 · Scoped access

Entitlements are written per person and per track. Code and platform access follow that list.

  5. 05 · Active collaboration

The approved work proceeds. Access can be narrowed without ending the whole collaboration.

  6. 06 · Renew or revoke

When the term ends — or if trust breaks — access is renewed, narrowed, or revoked. The decision is recorded.

How to apply

Use the form on this page. Name the organisation, what kind it is (NSO / stats agency, university, builder, or other), the country you are writing from, and the tracks you are asking for. A note helps if you already ship something. This does not create an account.

Agreement

After review, both sides go through an agreement before any repo or deployed door opens. What follows is a stub outline so the step is visible. It is labelled draft on purpose.

Scoped access

Approval is per person and per track — not a blanket partner badge. A builder on Census Lab does not automatically get Virtual Lab. Country on Census Lab can name a deployment (for example GSS); it does not rename Virtual Lab.

Roles

Agency lead

Signs for the organisation, names who should get access, and asks to renew or stop a collaboration.

Agency staff

Uses only the platforms the organisation was approved for. No extra tracks by default.

Builder

Gets code and environment access only on named tracks. Access follows the person, scoped to those tracks.

CashPlanet operator

Reviews applications, records the agreement, grants or revokes scoped entitlements, and keeps an audit trail.

What a grant can mean

LevelIn plain language
NoneNot approved for that track. No login, repo, or deployed door.
UseCan open the deployed platform for that track.
ContributeCan work in the named code or data rooms for that track.
OperateCan help run a deployment with the partner organisation.

Tracks this applies to

Planned later: CashPlanet organisation accounts on frontier models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) so approved partners can be admitted. Not built here — no invites, API keys, or seat requests on this page.

Application

Same stub as Partnerships. No mailbox in this MVP. Pro seats stay on /pro.

What becomes of a collaboration

  • Apply — we read the note. Nothing opens yet.
  • Review — CashPlanet decides. No auto-approve.
  • Agreement — a real document, not this draft outline.
  • Scoped access — only the named tracks, at an agreed level.
  • Active — work proceeds; scope can still be narrowed.
  • Renew or revoke — term ends, or trust ends. Access follows.
